I specialize in glass fusing, combinating metals and stone.

I was born and raised on a farm built partly on an ancient viking burial ground on South-Eastern Öland, an island situated in the Baltic Sea by the southeastern coast of Sweden. I have now settled down on that same farm, where I also have my studio.

My artistic expression is strongly affected by my environment and its ancient artefacts and the stone settings around me. I examine and give shape to both my own and our collective origine, with its archetypes and myths.

Icaros figures, amazones, guardians and WitchAngels (HäxÄnglar) are some of the themes I work on. These figures are messengers, or visionars in the dialogue between past and present, myth and reality, you and me.

Lately I have also used a technique called sand casting, doing a series called "High spirit", inspired by my travels to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and to Egypt.

I also create light installations in both city and rural environments. With the help of light, occasionally using sound effects as well, I expose new visions and atmospheres in places that represent for many everyday life. My goal is to offer people experiences and thoughts concerning life and existence.
