Terms of purchase

If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's permit to order art from me. The current price is what is stated on the website when you place the order unless otherwise agreed. Delivery terms and possibly shipping costs are agreed in each individual case.

Order confirmation

When I have received your order, I will send a confirmation via e-mail with information about your order. Get in the habit of always checking your order confirmation so that everything looks OK, should there be anything you are wondering about then contact me immediately. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have on hand in any contacts with me. If you want to cancel or change something in your order, I ask you to contact me as soon as possible.


I reserve the right that works of art may be sold and that the website has not been updated.

Information about the right of withdrawal

If the artwork is purchased on the website, the Distance and Home Sales Act applies. According to it, you as a consumer (does not apply to companies) have the right to cancel the purchase by notifying me of this as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the artwork. In order to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.
If the artwork is damaged or lost when you return it on your own initiative, you as the sender are responsible for payment for the goods. I therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully in original packaging or equivalent packaging material. In addition, the artwork should be insured and sent as a traceable shipment upon return.

Use of personal data

By registering and / or ordering, you agree that I store and use information about your purchases and the contact information you provide. The information is stored and used so that I can fulfill my obligations to you and provide you with better service. The information is stored and also used for information and marketing purposes. This means that I can, unless you have written to the contrary, use your personal information to contact you via email or text message for information about my exhibitions or new works of art.
I process your personal information with the utmost care and guarantee that your customer information is only used by me and my company. I will not pass on information about you other than if it is required in connection with you ordering a product or service or if I believe it is required to protect and defend the rights or property of me and my company.


I reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
In order to increase my customers' security when purchasing, I have, in consultation with my security expert, decided to introduce the following routines to increase security when purchasing.

  • My internal security system warns if an order is suspected to be a fraud. The security system is based on a number of different parameters that have been set up by my security expert and my other partners.
  • If the security system triggers, I choose not to deliver the current order. Sometimes this means that an order is stopped even though it is not a fraud. I hope that you as a customer are tolerant of this because it is about your safety.

All suspected frauds are reported to the police and the case is then handed over to my security partner for further follow-up.

Delivery terms

Custom shipping for delicate artwork

Because glass is a very sensitive material, I deliver the purchased art glass through my own agent or courier. Alternatively, the buyer can pick up the art in my studio. In exceptional cases and in the case of smaller items, a parcel distributor can be hired. Transport and shipping costs will be added.

Posten - Pick up at the delivery point

When delivering art within Sweden, I primarily use Postnord. Your goods are delivered to your nearest post office or parcel agent. If you discover when the package is received by the agent that the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, this should be reported directly to the package agent. Any internal damage to the shipment will be reported to me as soon as possible. For deliveries with a high value for goods, delivery always takes place via the nearest delivery point, regardless of the payment method.

Payment terms

Invoice (15% down payment)

The artwork is paid in full in connection with the handover at direct delivery or when the buyer picks it up in the studio. Upon delivery with a package distributor, the artwork is paid for in advance or in agreement with the seller. Payment is made by Swish or, by agreement with the seller, against invoice. When reserving works of art, a down payment of 15% of the total price is paid.
